C-ACE empowers Company, Company Secretary and Other Governance Professionals to enhance corporate governance in most efficient and accurate manner by timely and integrated compliance of corporate laws such as Companies Act 2013 and other regulations framed by Securities Exchange Board of India and mandatory Secretarial Standards issues under Companies Act 2013.
C-ACE auto generates various Statutory Registers which are required to be kept open for the inspection of shareholders during business hours or during the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The software also alerts the Company, Company Secretary and Other Governance Professionals for timely filing of Statutory Forms and Returns to the regulators.
